SacredSessions is an online and local (to St. Louis) business. Through my sessions I help clients discovery ways to tap into their spiritual nature and give the practical solutions to stay in alignment and onto their highest growth and potential.

I have known I was an empath since I was a little girl and have always been curious. I wondered what’s out there and what beautiful things are waiting to be discovered?
For much of my life I was shy and rarely shared my gifts with others because I wasn’t sure if I would be taken seriously. Over time I explored more and more and learned to accept myself, just as I am.
There is no magic wand we can wave that instantly relieves us of our suffering, but there are many tools that can lead to profound healing over time. The more time that I spend in stillness, the more I connect to and accept myself even deeper. In my study and practice of Human Design, Reiki and ThetaHealing, I have healed and expanded more than I ever thought possible.
Sacred Sessions was created from my journey and my truth. It is a real and tangible manifestation of my heart. Human Design, Reiki & ThetaHealing are the stars in my sky that guide me on my path through life.
Seeing the people I serve healing, succeeding, and getting everything they have always deserved, brings joyful tears to my eyes and fuels my purpose.
Everyday, I am grateful that I can provide support and facilitate healing for others.
I am a 5/1 Emotional Projector and a Gemini Sun, Scorpio Moon, Taurus Rising.
I am a Certified Reiki Master, ThetaHealing Practitioner and Quantum Human Design Specialist (Karen Curry Parker).
