9 Ways to Bring MORE Positivity to Your Day

3. Meditate outside, inside or wherever you feel the most at peace. Here is a favorite one I use almost daily.

4. Get some sunlight, even if it’s just 10 minutes

5. Take tiny breaks. One step at a time, my friends.

6. Tell yourself you're great.

7. Get some sleep. I struggle with falling asleep, but what has always worked for me is reading. Try picking up a book next time you can’t seem to turn your mind off.

8. Don’t compare yourself to others. If you start feeling like you aren’t pretty enough or smart enough take a break from your phone, or unfollow anything that is bringing you down. It’s your life and you don’t need to waste it trying to be something you aren’t.

9. BE YOU. It’s the most beautiful thing you can be.
